We have been doing some web broadcasts over the past several months. Our
next broadcast, RoadSoft On Line Training - Establishing A Sign
Management Plan, is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 27, 10:00 a.m. Eastern. 
We are using NetSpoke to conduct the broadcast.

All LTAP/TTAP centers are welcome to sit in on our ongoing experiment to
make web-based training work.  We don't have all the kinks worked out
and we learn something new each time, but we are making progress.
