We’re considering pulling together a “Grant Writing 101” type workshop and naturally we’re wondering if one already exists out there that you may be willing to share.

Subject matter to be covered would be things like:

1)      scope of project
2)      choosing a project manager
3)      planning and engineering
4)      permits required (NPDES) and (ROW)
5)      state access/utility clearance
6)      going out to bid
7)      maintenance
