If you were in Dubuque and heard the reports of the NLTAPA
partners and liaisons you know the positive results that have been achieved
over the past year and the potential benefits that NLTAPA and our partners can
realize. As mentioned in Dubuque,
there are several opportunities for NLTAPA members to participate in the
partnership activities at the national level. The NLTAPA Liaison
positions for NACE and APWA are both available and the Partnership Committee is
seeking another member. Beyond that there are opportunities to work with
the all Liaisons (AASHTO, Salt Institute, APWA and NACE) to strengthen local
and regional efforts with our partners.
If you are interested in becoming involved
in NLTAPA’s Partnership activities please e-mail or call Marie Walsh (225
767-9184) by September 1, 2005 for more information. If you expressed an interest Dubuque in becoming involved please confirm
that you are still interested in participating.
We all need a little help from our
friends. NLTAPA’s partnerships are relationships that enable us to both
give and receive. Volunteer now!

Advisory Committee on Partnerships
