Job descriptions for Trainer and Coordinator

Hello folks,

As you may have heard me say during the hot topics session, I am trying
to hire a person that can handle both some training as well as
developing our training program. 

What I really need is a job description from one of the University based
centers so I can take it to my HR folks and try to find something
similar here. 

I know Renee promised to send me hers but if others have something, I
can use all the ammunition I can get.
