Please read if you are going to Dubuque

Hello everyone!

We are fast approaching our National LTAP/TTAP Meeting in beautiful Dubuque.
We have 197 people (plus 31 guests) pre-registered for the conference, to
date.

Here are a few pieces of information for you:

Agenda and Map--
If you would like to see the full conference agenda ahead of time, so you
can plan where to go when, visit http://ltapconference.org. Click on the
links provided on the home page to download the final agenda and a map of
the Grand River Conference Center, where all conference meetings and
sessions will take place. The conference center is connected to the Grand
Harbor Resort hotel by a walkway.

Registering On-Site--
In previous years some folks have chosen to wait and register on-site. We
plan to be ready to accommodate on-site registration. We will take credit
card information for later processing, as well as checks. Please avoid
bringing cash.
Because we have to provide head counts for meals to the hotel before
on-site registration will begin, we ask you to contact Mohammad at
qureshim@umr.edu right away with your intent to register on-site so we can
adjust the meal head counts as necessary.

Pre-Conference Workshops--
The Road Safety workshop begin on Saturday at 8:00 am in Meeting Room 3 in
the Grand River Conference Center. LTAP 101 will begin at 11:00 am on
Saturday at Meeting Rooms 4&5 in the Grand River Conference Center. You must
pre-register for these events.

The Weather--
Prepare for warm weather. The temperatures will likely be in the mid-90s
during the day and the high 60s a night.

Victorian Homes Tour--
There is still space available for the progressive dinner and tour on Monday
night. Cost is $55 per person. Contact qureshim@umr.edu if you are
interested in attending. About 30 people have signed up so far, and it's
sure to be a fun evening.

We're looking forward to seeing you soon!

Sincerely, Your hosts in LTAP Region 7
