Hello everyone, I am asking for your assistance. As some of you know I have been under some fire in Goffstown since we began construction on our roundabout. I decided to set the record straight this week with a response to all the critics with a memo to the Board of Selectmen addressing the various criticisms. Our local Union Leader reporter tried to help me out by writing a very good story in today’s Union Leader (page A4). The problem is that he got the conclusion misquoted in the 3rd to the last paragraph. The conclusion of our analysis is that the in-house jobs we have done over the past 3 years have saved the taxpayers in Goffstown over $900,000 and it is far cheaper to do these small jobs in-house rather than contracting them out. I will try to get the Union Leader to correct the error but I am not holding my breath. I would appreciate it if you could correct anyone that you come across that gets the wrong message from the article. The full memo that I delivered to the Selectmen is available on-line at http://www.goffstownresidentsassociation.com/. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.
Best Regards,
