Dear Winter Maintenance Professionals,



We are conducting a National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) 
project entitled "Synthesis of Vehicle-Based Winter Maintenance 
Technologies" and have surveyed a few professionals on each of the seven 
main technologies.  In order to confirm our preliminary findings and reach 
unbiased conclusions, we would like you to briefly evaluate these 
technologies.  For those of you who responded to our previous survey, 
thank you for your valuable input and you may ignore the technologies on 
which you've already provided detailed responses.
